Understanding the “Social Indicator Performance” Section
This dashboard dynamically updates based on the results completed trainings by the learners of the organization.
-
The colored bar shows how your company is performing for that indicator.
-
The closer the bar is to filled, the higher you company's score is in comparison to other organizations within Emtrain’s benchmark.
-
These bars are calculated using learners' answers to benchmark questions within Emtrain learning content.
-
The percentile ranking compares the client’s with other companies using the Emtrain platform.
-
If a percentile value is missing, this means there is insufficient data for the indicator. See below.
Learn More About What Contributes to Your Score
Each score is calculated based on learners' responses to benchmark questions. To learn more about the specific courses and activity that contribute to the core, there is a section at the bottom to View Details.
If your company does not have enough data for an indicator, the bar will be gray with the text “Insufficient data”. This means not enough learners have completed related coursework to supply reliable data.
To see an indicator score, 2 or more qualifying questions associated with that indicator must have learner responses. Qualifying questions mean:
-
30+ organizations have answered a particular question
-
50+ learners have answered a particular question if <200 learners in the organization
-
100+ learners have answered a particular question if 200+ learners in the organization
