These scores enable your company to measure your organization’s culture performance based on trainings in various indicators and identify areas for improvement. The numbers are calculated on a percentile. For example, in the image on the right, the company falls in the 75th percentile for "Mitigating Bias". This widget is visible in the Manage Dashboard to individuals within your company that have been granted the permission for Analytics. This includes admins with ‘Unrestricted’ permission or the ones who have been granted ‘Analytics’ user permission. You can visit the 'Admin User Roles' Section under 'Site Config' to view the permission levels for your company.
For clients that have purchased 'Standard' or 'Premium' Analytics, the Dive Deeper into Analytics button will take to to the Analytics Overview Tab for more a comprehensive overview on your company's performance. Please contact support@emtrain.com for any questions or to learn more about our analytics packages. |
