With the Emtrain Webex application, you can:

  • Preview Emtrain’s inclusion and respect videos that demonstrate various inclusion and respect scenarios and learning points.
  • Play a video in a meeting with all participants to discuss the topics covered in the video, such as respect and inclusion.
  • Build and manage playlists of videos that fit your specific needs.

How to Get Started

Learn how to connect your Webex account with the Emtrain app and how to create engaging training with our videos.

Create an Account

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Webex account 
  2. Click here to access the Emtrain app from Webex app hub directory

  1. Create an account in Emtrain by filling out the entire form and setting a password. Then, click the Sign Up button. 
  2. Once the account is created, click the Let’s Go button, and you will immediately be directed to the Emtrain App.

Navigate the Video Library

  1. Within the Emtrain App, you can browse the different videos by scrolling through the library.
  2. Filter and view by category: Respect and Inclusion.
  3. Click u38.png to navigate to the Microlesson associated or related to the video and topic. The microlesson will give you the full experience of video, questions, and data. 
  4. Click u37.png for more details on the video, topic/category, and access to the Microlesson of that particular video. 
  5. Click u36.svg  to add a video to your custom playlist or create a new playlist. 

Create New Custom Playlist

  1. Create a new video playlist by clicking the My Playlists tab.
  2. Enter a name for your new custom playlist and click Save. 
  3. Click the Browse videos to add to the playlist button and start adding new videos!
  4. You can create more playlists by clicking the u39.png icon.
