Content Library

Preview Mode. The Preview Mode has been introduced into the Content Library to allow Admins to preview content with sample data and repeatedly interact with the Question Cards. In Preview Mode, Admin responses are not recorded, and questions can be re-answered. Read additional Information about Preview Mode.

Share Link. Account Admins have the ability to share content with others in the organization (as long as they have an Emtrain account) by using the Share Link associated with lessons,  programs or other content. URLs can be used in Company Newsletters, Team Communications or in other internal messaging methods. 

Users

Employee Email Address. The User Table now allows import of users with non-standard email addresses, including special characters (in email name) and extensions (.cloud, .services, etc.).
