The email address used for the username in the reset password tool must match exactly with the email address registered in our system. If the reset password tool does not respond with the username provided, it is likely because the email address does not match. Why would this happen?
- You have several versions of your email address and are not using the one on record. You may try the various versions or contact your Training Administrator to confirm which email address to use.
- There is a typo either in the email address in the system or in the one provided. You should confirm the email address you are using is correct and if so, contact your Training Administrator to review the email address on record for any errors.
- You are not yet registered in the system. If there is a chance you have not been added to the system, please contact your Training Administrator for assistance.
