When you launch an Emtrain course from Workday, you should automatically login to Emtrain through your company's Single Sign-On (SSO) provider. If you are experience something different, try one of the suggested solutions below before contacting our support team.
I'm seeing a SSO login screen.
If you are not already logged in to your SSO provider when you launch an Emtrain course from Workday, you need to use your credentials to login to your SSO provider, and then you should be automatically logged in to Emtrain.
If that doesn't happen, or if you are having difficulty logging into your SSO provider, please reach out to your IT point of contact for the SSO provider to find a solution.
I'm seeing an Emtrain login screen.
If when you launch an Emtrain course from Workday you are taken to Emtrain's login screen, that means that SSO has not been properly set up on your company's Emtrain account. Do not attempt to continue logging in by using the reset password function, that will not work.
Instead please inform your IT point of contact that you tried launching an Emtrain course and were asked for a username & password, even though you should be able to login via SSO. They will need to finish the SSO setup process in order to enable you and other team members to access Emtrain.
