Emails can be individually customized for each campaign and can be crafted to both the audience as well as the point in time they are being sent (whether before the due date or afterwards). Below are some of the common questions about the email notifications for training assignments:

Can I schedule "repeat" reminder notifications?
In order to send out repeat reminder notifications to users who have yet to complete their training, an administrator must Create multiple identical Notifications that are scheduled to send in sequence by adjusting the number of days before/after the start/due date. There is no way to automatically send on a regular basis at this time.
Can I view a complete history of all notification emails that have been sent out?
Notification emails are sent out based on the schedule that you set when creating your campaigns. Within the Edit Campaign tab, you can check to see what emails you have configured and whether or not they have gone out yet based on the schedule you have set. There is not a log of emails sent within the account at this time.
Can I save email templates for my notifications?
Custom templates are not stored nor are they accessible within a campaign nor from another campaign. When creating a campaign and editing notifications, you can reference our Notification Template Suggestions, which include verbiage for a Welcome, Reminder, Past Due, and Completion Email. If you wish to substitute your own email template for our suggested template, we recommend creating drafts in another location, and then copying and pasting the email into a new notification when you are ready.
As an admin, can I be CC'ed on all User Completion Emails?
In order to be CC'ed on completion emails, you can put your email in the "Manager Email" field in the CSV uploadfile, and select "yes" for CC Manager in the Edit Notification tab. Note: The carbon copy feature will only send to the email address listed for Manager Email.
Will my notification emails be sent immediately?
Everything in Emtrain AI is "queued up" rather than sent out immediately. When scheduling notification emails, you will have the choice to choose how many days before/after start/due you wish to have the emails sent out. If you would like to send one-off emails or preview what your notifications will look like, they can be sent out immediately on a smaller scale.
If a campaign is recently deployed, the notifications will be sent as soon as the assignments are made.
