Reporting on the Emtrain AI Platform is quite robust, but there are some differences to consider. Below are some of the common questions about reporting:
- Can I download a report that covers all assignments?
- Can I download a "learner report" of all content that a user has been assigned and has viewed?
- Can my employees access a full transcript of their courses?
- Can I filter by fields on the Completion/Engagement Reports?
Can I download a report that covers all assignments?
As an admin, you can view and download reports based on a single campaign or a piece of content and then specify the date range between which you'd like to review data. Our reports do not cover all all assignments at once, but rather provide tangible metrics for evaluating company culture from multiple points of view.
Can I download a "learner report" of all content that a user has been assigned and has viewed?
Within Emtrain AI, admins can view a User Lessons Report, which details all of the assigned programs & lessons for said user, how long they have spent on each program & lesson, and what percentage of progress they have made. Additionally, admins can view a User Activity Report in order to see step-by-step actions that said user has taken within their courses, and how much time they spent on each card within those courses. As of now, these user-specific reports cannot be downloaded and printed, but are viewable within each User Profile.
Can my employees access a full transcript of their courses?
Transcripts are available for each course that users take upon completion. Custom transcripts of all content that a User has taken does not exist at this time.
Can I filter by fields on the Completion/Engagement Reports?
Similar to the fields found on the User table, you are able to filter results by select data fields that have a search bar or dropdown beneath them. Visible data fields can be added by clicking the carrot in the right hand corner of the listed fields box and selecting the desired new field, and removed by clicking the "X" in the right hand corner of each field bubble.
