For Learners - Completion Not Registering Correctly
If you are showing "Complete" on Emtrain but showing "Incomplete" on your Employer's side, then there might be a disconnect between Emtrain and your employer's Learning Management System.
An initial recommendation is to re- open your course and click on the "Exit" button so that your completion is communicated back to your learning system.
If this does not resolve this issue, we recommend double checking your completion. The training is considered complete when all content has been viewed and the timer reaches zero minutes. This article goes over how to confirm that your training is complete.
