New Product Features and Improvements
Card Numbers. Added a "content identifier" to the footer of all cards seen in the Main Pane of the Learning Environment. When soliciting Help via firstname.lastname@example.org, it is helpful to include this information.
Content Library. The Content Library has been added to the Manage Tools. This Library includes all Programs and additional Microlessons which are currently assigned to the account; each of which have a link to View in Browse. This tool is in it's initial release phase and additional functionality is coming soon!
Dialog Card Responses. Updated how the system is collecting response data for Dialog Cards with a definitive correct vs. incorrect answer. The system will now record the Users' "first response" when answering these questions, though to continue training they must select the "correct" answer.
Column Headers. Added persistence for column layout so Account Admins will not need to add/remove the same columns each time they view a report. This applies to both the User Table and the Completion Reports. Please note: Column order will be reset to default if you use an alternate browser, incognito mode or clear the browsing history.
Content Completion. Updated the both the Content Completion and Campaign Completion Reports to show the Content Completion percentage.
Dynamic Group Rules. Added the ability to create rules based on the month or the year of a User's hire date. Added last completed/last assigned rules to dynamic group rules. Added the ability to create rules based on User's last assigned or last completed date for campaigns or individual content items. Learn more about Dynamic Groups and Rules.
