A variety of actions may be taken with regards to Campaigns.
Duplicate Campaign
As an Account Admin, you can choose to Duplicate Campaign. This action preserves only the email notifications for the campaign. When duplicating a campaign, the word Copy is added to the campaign title, which can be removed or updated to any title you wish to use. You will see that all of the email notifications and schedule remain in tact. All other aspects of the campaign will need to be selected such as start date, content, and group(s).
Delete Campaign
As an Account Admin, you can choose to Delete Campaign. This action may only be taken for campaigns with a Draft status. The Campaign will be removed from the campaign list in its entirety.
Close Campaign
As an Account Admin, you can choose to Close Campaign. The tool may be used in cases where the Account Admin wishes to prevent future campaign activity. Current assignments and scheduled notifications remain but no new assignments will be made.
- All incomplete and complete assignments will remain accessible on user ToDo lists.
- Any pending notifications will be sent as scheduled.
- No new assignments will be made for this campaign.
Withdraw Campaign
As an Account Admin, you can choose to Withdraw Campaign. The tool may be used in cases where the Account Admin wishes to immediately cancel all campaign activity. This will have the following effects:
- All incomplete assignments will be Closed and removed from user ToDo lists.
- Completed items will be visible as Complete on user ToDo lists and in reports.
- No new assignments will be made for this campaign.
- No notifications will be sent for this campaign.
