If a Completion Certificate has been enabled by your organization for a particular program, you will have access to download it upon completion of the program. Once your program has been completed, be sure the checkbox for Show Completed is marked so that you can access any completed programs.
The Completion Certificate icon will be enabled and you must click that to access the download page. Click the Download Certificate button. Access the downloaded certificate on your personal computer or device.
Can I get proof of completion if my organization has not enabled certificates? We cannot provide an alternative Completion Certificate. If you believe the employees in your organization should have access to Completion Certificates, please contact your Training Administrator.
My name is spelled incorrectly on the certificate, how can it be updated? Please contact your Training Administrator and provide necessary corrections. Once the name has been corrected, you may enter the completed program again to download a corrected version.
