If you have data you wish to use that does not fit in the required, recommended or standard fields, additional fields may be added as needed.
Type of Custom Fields
- Data. Add a data field in order to add user detail such as Office Location, Employee Status, or any number of other items you may wish to include.
- Date. Add a date field to capture data for things like Promotion Date, Termination Date, etc.
- Email. Add a field which would exclusively collect email addresses. Use this to add a users alternate email address or emails for upper-chain supervisors.
- Number. Add a field which would capture numerical data for detail such as Number of Direct Reports, Number of Days Employed, etc.
