Added Features and Improvements

Update User Status. Added ability to update a user's active/inactive status via a "Status" column on the CSV import. Learn more. 

Incomplete Timer Alert. If a user has completed all the lessons in a program, but hasn't yet fulfilled the timer requirement, they are shown messaging to indicate they must continue to review content. Learn more. 

"Generating Report" Animation. Added improvement to show reports are generating when the results are not immediate. 

Email Notification improvements. Added ability to create bullets in the notification templates located in the campaigns and updated login button text.

Program Completion Certificate. Once a learner completes a program, they can download a completion certificate if the Completion Certificates are enabled on the program. Learn more about Completion Certificates and other program configuration options. 

SCORM capabilities. Programs and lessons may be delivered to client via SCORM API. SCORM ID was added as a field to the User Roster for use by SCORM Clients. 

SFTP Import of CSV File. Added support for SFTP import of CSV files, and implemented routine to check for imported files and feed them into the user CSV import function.

License Count. Added license consumption information to show the number of total contracted licenses compared to the number of consumed licenses. 

Launch Program from Browse. Programs available to account may now be made available in the Browse tab of the Learning Environment. 

Campaign Deploy Summary. Added a summary of the impact of deploying a campaign when the Deploy campaign button is clicked. 

Campaign Lock. Fields on campaign forms are locked after deploying a campaign to prevent changes which could corrupt the campaign.
