Dialog Cards
Binary Response
This series of cards requires learners to select one of two answers. In order to proceed, learners must:
- Click the button which best represents how you would answer the question.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the card.
- Review the Results Card which provides feedback on your response, how others in your organization responded and how all users responded globally.
Answer variations include yes/no and true/false. Nevertheless, the steps to complete remain the same.
Multi-Choice Response
This series of cards requires learners to multi-select from several answers. In order to proceed, learners must:
- Click the button(s) which best represents how you would answer the question.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the card.
- Review the Results Card which provides feedback on your response, how others in your organization responded and how all users responded globally.
Scale Response
This series of cards requires learners to select an answer based on a scale. In order to proceed, learners must:
- Click the scale button and drag it to a place which best represents how you would answer the question.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the card.
- Review the Results Card which provides feedback on your response, how others in your organization responded and how all users responded globally.
This may have variations of answer options, but the steps to complete remain the same. Answer options include:
- Dissatisfied/Satisfied
- Never/Always
- Not Important/Important
- Not Likely/Very Likely
- Rarely/Often
- Strongly Disagree/Strongly Agree
Short Text Response
This card permits learners to type in a text response to answer the question. In order to proceed, learners must:
- Click into the text box.
- Type an anonymous response to the question. Should learners not desire to provide an answer, they can type "No Response" (or any form of this) to activate the Submit button in order to proceed to the next step.
- Click the Submit button, located on the bottom of the card.
Results given for this include a record of my personal response, a word cloud representing how others in your organization responded and a word cloud representing how all users responded globally. Only words used more than 5 times in responses are included in the word cloud.
Single-Choice Response
This series of cards requires learners to select one of several answers. In order to proceed, learners must:
- Click the radio button which best represents how you would answer the question.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the card.
- Review the Results Card which provides feedback on your response, how others in your organization responded and how all users responded globally.
This may have variations of 2-4 answer options, but the steps to complete remain the same.
Workplace Color Spectrum
This series of cards requires learners to select their answer using the Workplace Color Spectrum. In order to proceed, learners must:
- Click the scale button and drag it to a place which best represents how you would answer the question.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the card.
- Review the Results Card which provides feedback on your response, how others in your organization responded and how all users responded globally.
List Cards
Bulleted List
This card permits information to be communicated in a bulleted list.
Checkbox List

Numbered List
This card permits information to be communicated in a numbered list.
Presentation Cards
Click-to-Expand
This type of card allow learners to review several answers. Before proceeding, learners should:
- Click the first box to open up the additional information.
- Review the additional information presented.
- Click the "X" on the top right of the additional information card.
- Continue through the remainder of the options until all have been viewed.
- Swipe to continue through to the next card.
This may have variations of 2-4 information options. Viewing of every information option is not required, but is highly encouraged.
Image with Text
These cards allow for a full-card image to be placed behind additional text. The above are examples of themed images in the lessons.
Text
This card simply allows for text to be placed.
Text with Image
This card allows for both an image and text to be placed together. The image is located under the heading and above the text.
A click-through to an uploaded resource may be made available on a Text with image card. To download the resource, click the hyperlink.
Video
This card allows for both a video and text to be placed together. The video appears under the heading and above the text. Before proceeding, learners should:
- Click the orange play button to automatically expand video to full screen.
- Watch the full duration of the video. Video will automatically reduce once complete.
- If there is a need to exit the video prior to completion, click the "X" on the top right of the expanded video.
- Swipe to continue through to the next card.
Special Cards
Policy Acknowledgement
This series of cards requires learners to click to view a workplace policy, then read and acknowledge the policy has been reviewed. In order to proceed, learners must:
- Click the View Document button.
- Click the button which confirms, "I have read and reviewed the information."
- This will automatically take them to the confirmation screen (with the green bottom banner) and enable the next button at this point. The View Document button stays active, but the color changes so as to draw less attention to click it.
U.S. Map
This type of card allows learners to view state specific information. Before proceeding, learners should:
- Click a state to open up the additional information.
- Review the additional information presented.
- Click the "X" on the top right of the additional information card.
- Click through any of the remainder of the states, as desired.
- Swipe card to continue through to the next card.
