The Emtrain AI Learning Environment is divided into 4 main parts:

  1. Sidebar
  2. Main Pane
  3. Right Pane

Sidebar

From the Sidebar, you can access:

  1. Your ToDo List containing your training assignments
  2. Your Completed List containing content you have completed

To Do List

Your To Do List contains your training assignments. From here, you can see:

  1. Program title 
  2. Due Date and Time Requirement indicates when content should be completed by and how long to spend on the training
  3. Lesson Titles
  4. Gray Circle Checkmark indicates lesson has been completed
  5. Green Play Button indicates lesson you're currently in
  6. White Circle indicates lesson has not been started
  7. Timer progress bar indicates where you are in the countdown of the clock, if a timer is included in your program

Completed

The Completed tab contains all of the content that you have completed From here, you can:

  1. Identify the content you have completed 
  2. View and Download your Completion Certificate

 

Main Pane

From the Main Pane, you can: 

  1. View the Lesson Title
  2. View the Card Title
  3. Turn on or turn off Audio
  4. Return to the previous page
  5. Advance to the next page
  6. View the Card content (Read the Card Interaction Guide for more detail on the various types of card content)
  7. Card ID 
  8. View the card number in the lesson 
  9. Ask an expert send an anonymous question about training topic to our team of subject matter experts.

 

Right Pane

User Menu

Click on your Person Icon Button to access the User Menu. From the User Menu, you can:

  1. Update your Profile
  2. Audio
  3. Access the list of languages available for machine translation
  4. Sign Out
  5. Access the Manage Tools (only available if you are an admin)

 

Ask a Topic Expert

From the Ask a Topic Expert pane, you can:

  1. Write a question in the Question Box
  2. Submit the question to a Workplace Expert

Once a question has been asked:

  1. You will have the option to be notified once your question has been answered
  2. Press Send once ready
