Preventing Workplace Harassment — UK (v12:1.1)
- Updated text in "What is Unlawful Harassment" lesson to explicitly state that harassment can occur because someone has a protected characteristic, is perceived to have a protected characteristic, or associates with someone who has said characteristic
- Removed the Decision Tree and associated text cards in "What is Unlawful Harassment" lesson to be more in line with UK law
- Updated text cards in "Reporting, Investigations, and Workplace Policies" lesson to state that employees should contact the Employment Tribunal only after exhausting their internal reporting procedures

Adjusted text card in "Different Forms of Harassment" lesson to remove references to US-centric terms "severe" and "pervasive"
- Adjusted Take-Aways card in "Pronouns and Gender Identity" to remove reference to federal law, as well as clarify that gender identity and expression are likely considered protected characteristics, depending on location
Preventing Workplace Harassment — US (v12:1.5)
- Updated the definition of "medical condition" under the list of protected characteristics in the lesson "What is Unlawful Harassment?"
- Updated the definition of "reproductive health conditions" in the lesson "What is Unlawful Harassment" to make it clear that it is a protected characteristic by some state laws, in addition to federal law
- Updated the definition of "race" to remove the term "historically" in the lesson "What is Unlawful Harassment"
- Updated the Workplace Color Spectrum® quiz answer from "orange" to "red" in the lesson "Common Situations"
Disability Protections (ADA) (v1:1.2)
- Updated cards in "Reasonable Accommodations" and "Discipline and Disabilities" lessons to make it explicit that managers should always refer to/communicate with HR to start the reasonable accommodations process with employees

Q: If we customized our course, will we receive these updates?
Whether or not you will see the updated content depends on the level to which your course was customized. If there is an update made to a card that was not customized, that card will display the updated material.
If the update required adding an additional card to a lesson that you had previously customized, that update will not appear in your course. Any customized cards within your course will not display updated content.
