Question Scores Tab

The Scores tab provides your company with a detailed and informative view for all of your Likert questions. All results show the percentage breakdown of your learners' responses across the Likert scale (e.g. Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Slightly Disagree, Neutral, Slightly Agree, Agree, Strongly Agree).

 

Navigating the Page

  1. Filters: Questions can be filtered by Competency, Catalog Title, or User Count.
  2. Sort: By default, the list view is organized by Indicators and sorted in descending order (show above). This means Indicator with the highest score is at the top. You can flip the order by clicking on Ascending.
  3. Keyword Search: Filter the results based on Questions and Indicators. 

Additionally, try hovering over various numbers/graphs to see additional tooltips with important information.

 

Best 2

Each question shows a value denoted as "Best 2." This is the sum of the two "most optimal" answers for that question. The most optimal answers change based on how the question is worded--whether positive or negative. 

  • For positively worded questions, the most optimal answers are 6-Agree and 7-Strongly Agree. For this question, the percentage of respondents that answered with either option will be summed and shown as the value for Best 2.
    • Example: We distribute the "support tasks" on our team pretty evenly.
  • For negatively worded questions, the most optimal answers are 1-Disagree and 7-Strongly Disagree. For this question, the percentage of respondents that answered with either option will be summed and shown as the value for Best 2.
    • Example: On my team, some people's ideas are valued more than others.

 

Over Time Graph

Each question includes a graph that tracks how responses to the Best 2 response options have changed over time. Each date on the line graph represents a full 365-period of response data. For example:

  • The point on the graph for January 23rd, 2024, represents all data collected from January 24th, 2023-January 23rd, 2024.
  • Similarly, the point on the graph for August 3rd, 2022, represents all data collected from August 4th, 2021-August 3rd, 2022.
