Downloading Completion Certificate

Click "To Do"

Click the "Show Completed" checkbox

Click on the arrow to show the lessons for the training program

Click the "Completion Certificate" found at the end of list of lessons in the program

Click the Download Certificate button
Save & Exit (Pausing the Training)
Depending on how your training is administered and the size of your screen, you will either:

Click on the pink "Exit" button in the top right

Click on the Person Icon in the top right corner, then click on "Sign Out"

Click on the Circle with your first initial, then click on "Sign Out"

Audio Narration
Turning On/Off Audio Narration
Audio narration can be turned On and Off by clicking on the Person Icon in the top right corner, then clicking "Audio".
If you do not see a Person Icon in the top right corner, click on the circle with your initial.

Once audio is turned on, the text on each card will automatically be read aloud. As you click the forward or back arrows to navigate through your lessons, the audio narration will continue to read the text. Navigating to a different card while narration is playing will stop the current narration track and start playing the next narration track once the new card loads.
Pause Audio Narration
Audio narration can manually be paused or resumed using the pause/play icon in the top right corner of the card.
Video Captions
You may enable or disable captions by hovering over the video, and click on the CC button and choose your preference.
When you change the language preference on the bottom of the screen, and then change back to English, the captions may still remain in that alternate language. Simply turn them off, if unwanted, by hovering over the video as previously mentioned.
Language Preferences
To change the language for the training, you will navigate to the User Menu then click on "Language".
To update the closed captions for a video, click on "CC", then select the language. Please note the Closed Captions are translated not the audio on the video.
