When my learners try to view our policy, it comes up blank/with an error code.
The policy upload does not allow for special characters within the policy file name. Try re-naming your file, omitting any special characters, and Save. Click Preview Policy Card file to verify the change.
My employee finished their training, but they are still receiving emails asking them to complete it.
If assigned to a timed (T) course, the employee must complete both the content and timer in order to be marked as complete.
For example, if a learner went through all lessons in their Preventing Workplace Harassment 12 - US60 (T) course, but they only spent 45 minutes on the course, they must go back and review more of the course for 15 minutes before they receive their completion certificate. You can visit the learner's Individual Activity Report to verify their progress on both the course content and timer.
