Clients that have purchased 'Standard' or 'Premium' Analytics will see the Analytics feature on the left-hand panel. Under the Analytics section, you will see the Recommendations tab. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or to learn more about our analytics packages.
The Recommendations tab delivers insight into the next steps your company can take to improve their indicator scores. Each row in the table shows the Indicator, the percentile rank, a recommended title based on the Indicator and topic words that relate to the content. By default, the list of recommended content is ordered from the lowest percentile rank to the highest (i.e. ascending order). This is key to help prioritize the areas that need the most attention.
1. Show Dropdown
Show dropdown. The selection in this dropdown updates the table below with:
Recommended Titles: Catalog items that Innovation team has selected as the ones packed with skills needed to improve the scores of a given measure (in this case, Indicator).
Additional Titles: Other potential catalog items that cover various skills.
2. Keyword Search
Keyword Search: Filters the table results based on the search term. It queries
3. Sort by indicator score
By default this is set to Ascending order, which orders the table from the lowest percentile score to the highest. Using this option, you can reverse the order.
4. Indicator and Percentile
The Indicator that is associated with the recommended catalog item and the percentile rank for that Indicator.
The name of the catalog item that is related to the Indicator. In the example above, the “Who Gets Heard In Meetings” catalog item contains skills related to the “Thinking Systemically” Indicator.
These are helpful keywords that are often used by Emtrain's clients to describe the types of training that are needed. For example, a client may say they need a training for “Communication” and which the title “Establishing Healthy Norms of Behavior” would be a good fit.
Clicking this link updates the Recommendation Details box.
8. Recommendation Details
After clicking Details, this section updates with detail about the title.
a) The Indicator associated to the recommended catalog item, title of the catalog items, and the estimated amount if time it takes to complete it.
b) The Topics and Description of the catalog item.
c) If the content is available in the Content Library and if so, the % of learners who completed the content and the date range between the first response and the most recent response.
