Outperforming: The scores are in the top 25th percentile (76th-100th Percentile)
-
Performing: Scores are within the middle range (26th-75th Percentile)
-
Underperforming: Scores are in the zero to 25th percentile.
Attrition Barometer
The Attrition Barometer gives organizations insight into how their environment can affect important business metrics.
Historical client and learner data are used to predict the percentage of learners at risk of attrition in the next 6 months due to workplace social interactions. Rates are based on social dynamics in the workplace as reported by learners who have taken Emtrain programs and lessons. For best results, continuously deploy lessons.
Attrition can be due to many factors, but Emtrain’s attrition risk model only predicts the subset caused by unhealthy workplace dynamics. Some people stay in positions despite toxic environments, and some leave despite very healthy work environments. We don’t account for things like compensation or opportunities elsewhere.
Among our clients, the highest percentage of learners predicted at risk for attrition exceed 15%, while the lowest percentage is around 1%.
