What is data segmentation?
Data has the most impact when it adds clarity to a conversation in-progress. Emtrain Analytics measures, monitors, and strengthens the organization's productivity and impacts key business metrics like recruitment, retention, and employee conflict.
Spending time understanding the workplace social indicator scores and their behaviors can help you see in real-time when a discussion about your workforce is related to the attitudes, behaviors and skills that are measured by your indicator scores.
Segmentation provides your team the ability to analyze the sentiment of your learners per demographic segment (department, gender, geo location, etc.) across each of Emtrain’s Workplace Social Indicators, derived from the Likert questions asked in the platform.
Be the driving force to Increase employee engagement and satisfaction to improve your bottom line.
